A Day in the Life
How a Typical Project Unfolds
Week 1 — Discovery
Take the first call with a new client. Listen to their business goals, understand their customers, and identify what's blocking sales. Document requirements and scope.
Week 2 — Design & Plan
Create the project brief and system design. Specify ads strategy, landing page structure, and checkout flow. Present to client and confirm scope.
Week 3 — Build
Coordinate design and development. Review deliverables, ensure quality, and manage the build process. Handle any blockers and keep the project on track.
Week 4 — Launch & Handover
Final QA, client review, and launch. Walk the client through the system, provide documentation, and schedule the first monthly review.
Ongoing — Performance & Improvement
Conduct monthly reviews. Analyse performance, identify improvements, and implement changes. Take responsibility for results, not just delivery.
