Key Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Analyse client business requirements and identify opportunities for digital sales systems
Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and document requirements
Develop detailed functional specifications and system requirement documents
Design customer journey maps and conversion flow strategies
Create data models and process workflows for online sales systems
Evaluate and recommend appropriate technical platforms (Wix, Shopify, NextJS)
Perform gap analysis between current state and desired business outcomes
Document business rules, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios
Facilitate communication between clients and technical delivery teams
Conduct monthly performance reviews and identify improvement opportunities

Typical Activities
Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs) for BOSS implementations
Create use case diagrams and user stories for development teams
Analyse website analytics and identify conversion bottlenecks
Document API integration requirements and data flow specifications
Develop ROI models and business cases for proposed solutions
Conduct competitive analysis and market research
Create wireframes and prototype specifications
Facilitate requirements sign-off and change management processes
Track project deliverables and report on milestone completion
Maintain documentation and knowledge base for delivered systems
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, or consulting
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
Understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing concepts
Proficiency in documentation and diagramming tools
Experience with agile methodologies preferred
Bachelor degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred
