At a glance
Bright Balloons has the prettiest website of the three businesses we looked at, a real online shop with Afterpay, and a client list most stylists would envy. It's missing the plain facts people look for when they need balloons this weekend: a phone number, an address and the word “balloons” in the headline.

What's working
- ✓A beautiful, consistent brandThe pastel rainbow logo and colours run through every page. It looks like a business that cares about details, which is exactly what people hire a stylist for.
- ✓A real online shopHelium balloons and packages can be ordered and paid for online, with Afterpay, at clear prices ($85–$150 for helium packages).
- ✓An impressive client wallNovotel, JLL, Colliers, Anytime Fitness and Hotel Steyne. Great proof for corporate work.
- ✓Clear buttons on the first screenBig pink “Corporate” and “Event Enquiry” buttons.
- ✓Strong basicsGoogle's checks score 100 for search basics and 96 for ease of use, nothing jumps around as it loads, and © 2026 in the footer shows the site is looked after.

Reviews
4.9 from 43 reviews, with your Wheeler Heights address. The main category is “Home Goods Store”, so Google may not show you to people searching for balloons. Changing it to “Balloon store” or “Party planner” is a two-minute fix that can make a real difference.

Your website on a phone
Most people will meet Bright Balloons on a phone first. Green is worth keeping; red is in the way; the numbers match the notes.
1234- 1The pastel rainbow logo: instantly cheerful and on-brand.
- 2The headline doesn't say “balloons” or where you are.
- 3Two big pink buttons: Corporate and Event Enquiry.
- 4Search and cart, but no call button.
1234- 1Clear buttons on the hero.
- 2The “Loved by” client logos start here…
- 3…and the 12 logos stack one per row: about 5 phone screens of logos.
- 4The Event Enquiry button, after the logos.
12- 1A lovely real kids' party photo (a Bluey theme).
- 2No “from” price for a party garland, so people can't tell if it fits their budget.

- 4The Event Enquiry button.
1234- 1An impressive client list: Novotel, JLL, Colliers.

Speed
The main image shows in about 3 seconds on a phone, which is fine. What slows phones down is code: three separate Google tracking scripts and Shopify apps add about 750 KB, and the phone is busy for two-thirds of a second before it responds to a tap.

What to fix first
1.Add your phone number and addressDo first
Google lists 0401 006 152 and 16 Rose Ave, Wheeler Heights, but neither is on the website. People booking for this weekend want to call. Add a tap-to-call button to the phone header, and the address and pickup hours to the footer.
2.Fix your Google categoryDo first
Your Google profile says “Home Goods Store”. Change it to “Balloon store” (and add “Party planner” as a second category) so Google shows you to people searching for balloons on the Northern Beaches.
3.Say “balloons” and “Northern Beaches” up topDo soon
The first screen says “Event styling that gets people talking”, and the page title ends in “Trading Pty Ltd”. Try a headline like “Balloon Garlands & Event Styling, Northern Beaches & Sydney”, and a matching page title.
4.Shrink the logo wall on phonesDo soon
Three logos per row, or a scrolling strip, turns five screens into one.
5.Lighten the code on phonesDo soon
Combine the three Google tags into one, and remove Shopify apps you no longer use.
6.Small thingsDo later
The “We have moved to Wheeler Heights” bar links to the Christmas collection rather than to your address; point it at the contact page. Reconnect or remove the empty Instagram section, and add a few Google reviews and “from” prices for garlands.
